Were the Drone Attacks on Russia’s Defense Industry Plants the Work of Ukraine?

At the moment Ukraine is not only defending itself — it’s striking back hard. At the beginning they were far short of having the range to reach deep into Russia. But that’s changed. They now have long-range drones — small drones, unmanned aircraft that can cover thousands of kilometers and hit faraway targets.

They’re not using them randomly. Ukraine is going after places that support Russia's war — factories that build weapons, parts and gear used by the military. One example: a factory in the Russian city of Saransk was reportedly hit, deep inside Russia. That place probably made military parts. Another target? Bazalt, near Moscow — a company known for making bombs. These attacks are happening more often.

Things got weird around big events like Russia’s “Victory Day.” ATMs stopped working, shops closed early and phone signals got weak. That’s likely Russia trying to jam drone communication and protect itself.

Ukraine isn’t targeting civilians. They’re cutting through the supply chain that keeps Russia’s war going. They’re changing the fight with these long-range drones. This isn’t defense — it’s pressure, and it’s personal. If you’re building the tools of war, you might be in trouble. These drones are cheap, fast and hard to stop. And they’re not going away.
