Assessing Trump's Leadership: Is He Running the USA Effectively?

How presidents select people for important jobs you know? It seems that Donald Trump listens to people he trusts often.

Among those jobs is the Surgeon General — the chief doctor in the U.S. First Trump selected Dr. Nesheiwat. But for certain reason this didn’t work and therefore her name was recalled.

Then one of Trump’s allies Robert F. Kennedy Jr. came up with the other idea for him. He explained to Trump about Dr. Casey Means and said she was “fantastic”.

Even if Trump didn’t know Dr. Means well he chose her based on what RFK Jr. said about her.

Dr. Means is a Stanford trained doctor. She was training to become a surgeon but did not graduate. Rather than that she ventured into wellness and health online. She also helped start a company known as Levels which helps people monitor their blood sugar levels.

Different to Dr. Means there are other views of health. She has a plan known as “Make America Healthy Again” with RFK Jr. She always tells stories about food, lifestyle and natural methods of keeping healthy without only resorting to drugs.

That is how crucial jobs can find their way into the hands of people recommended by trustworthy friends — even if the president does not know these people very well.
